Artificial intelligence
AI for business, inside your own software
AI for business pays off when it does one specific job inside a process you already run: answering the same kind of email, pulling the numbers off an invoice, picking up a call after hours. When it starts as a gimmick ("let's put a chatbot on the website"), it usually ends as a demo nobody uses.
That's why we don't start with the model. We start with your work: what repeats, what gets retyped by hand and which decisions need a person. AI takes the first, prepares the second, and the third stays with you.
Where it actually helps
These are the uses we see work for small and mid-sized businesses, and they all share one thing: the AI works with your data and leaves the result inside your system, not in a separate tab.
Inquiries and email
It reads what comes in, sorts it, routes it to the right person and drafts a reply using the customer's data. A person reviews it and hits send.
Data from documents
Invoices, contracts or forms: it pulls out the fields that matter and enters them into your system, flagging anything it isn't sure about for someone to confirm.
Calls handled
An assistant that answers and screens calls and leaves your team a clean follow-up list. We build it as part of custom software development.
Your documentation, searchable
Procedures, manuals or internal policies: anyone on the team asks a question and gets the answer along with the document it came from.
A model inside your software
Bringing a model like ChatGPT into your own application or website, so it works with your data and inside your screens, not in a standalone tool.
How we integrate AI into your business
A language model knows nothing about your company. What makes an AI integration useful is handing it, with each question, exactly the information it needs from your system: the customer's history, the contract, the procedure. That information travels with the question and doesn't stay in the model.
Access never goes straight to your database. It goes through a connection with scoped permissions, where reading and taking action are kept apart, with usage limits and a log of every call. You always know what information left the system and what the AI did with it.
- It runs in your own Azure subscription, on Azure OpenAI, deployed in the region you choose.
- Under Microsoft's policy for Azure OpenAI, your data isn't used to train the models.
- Model usage is pay-as-you-go, billed to you directly by the provider, with no markup from us.
- Anything with consequences (sending, charging, approving) is reviewed by a person before it happens.
An assistant that knows your product
This is what sets us apart, and it comes with every project. While we build, we document the architecture decisions, the data structure, the reasoning behind each choice and how it's deployed. On top of that documentation we set up an assistant that answers questions about your specific product, not about programming in general.
The documentation and the assistant run in your subscription, not ours. If you switch vendors or build your own team tomorrow, they keep answering the same way, and a new developer gets up to speed without calling us. It's the other half of truly owning your software, along with what we cover in who owns the code of your software.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't build your product for you, it doesn't make decisions and it can be wrong. That's why every answer shows where it comes from, so it can be checked, and people make the calls. If someone sells you an AI that does everything on its own and never fails, be skeptical: either they haven't run it in production, or they're not telling you the whole story.
When you don't need it
If a tool you already pay for covers the job, use it: that will be cheaper than integrating anything. And if the process isn't defined (nobody quite knows who answers what, or when), AI won't define it for you. First you sort out the process, then you automate it, with AI or without.
Sometimes the honest answer is a simple automation with no AI at all: an alert, a rule, a well-designed form. We'll tell you that too. If you want the steps in more detail, we walk through them in how to integrate ChatGPT into your software or website.
How we work
We start with a single task, the one that eats up the most time, and we measure it before and after. The first delivery arrives two weeks in, and every two weeks you see a new piece working with your real data.
The code and the infrastructure are in your name from day one, with a six-month warranty and no fees to us. If it works, it expands to the next task; if it doesn't add value, it stops before anything extra gets built.
Pricing
One hourly rate, the same for every role
No fixed project price: a monthly commitment you adjust to your cash flow. Model usage is billed separately, pay-as-you-go, by the provider.

No. We use Azure OpenAI in your own subscription, and under Microsoft's policy for that service the data you send isn't used to train the models. On top of that, only the information each question needs is sent.
It can happen, and the system is designed with that in mind: answers show their source, anything uncertain is flagged for review, and anything with consequences is approved by a person before it runs.
It's pay-as-you-go, billed directly by the provider with no markup from us. It depends on how many requests you make and how large they are; we size it with you at the start so you know the ballpark before committing.
If your software offers a way to connect, yes. If it doesn't, we first need to study it and sometimes document it, which is also work we do, and we'll tell you before starting whether it's feasible.
Everything keeps running: the integration, the assistant and the documentation live in your subscription. There's no fee to us that gets cut off.
You do, from day one: code, repository, infrastructure and documentation in your name. If you want to continue with another team tomorrow, you can.

What repeats, how much time it takes and which software you use. We'll reply within one business day with an honest read: AI, a simple automation without AI, or nothing.
